My wagon took off and isn't slowing down enough for me to jump back on... so I'm waiting at the wagon stop for the next wagon to arrive. Hopefully it gets here ASAP!

OMG I forgot how hard it is to get back to low carb eating after a royal F Up. I forgot the sugar cravings, the caving, eyeballing 8 yr olds school snacks. I swear the cravings are worse when they return they return with a vengence. It's like they're laughing at me saying HAHA you thought you could live without us but you can't. The cravings are like an abusive relationship with one side going through a power high. Well... I would never let a guy treat me like dirt and walk all over me so why am I letting my body get the better of me?

Today I peaked at the scale.. then quickly closed my eyes, swore, and tried to decide if it was better to stomp on the scale or just chuck it out the window. I've been trying to get back on track but I always slip up. I end up eating too much, then eating the wrong things, then eyeball any sweets in the house. Well.. no more. I'm duct taping my hands to my butt as a constant reminder that this is where the pounds will go if I let them come back. I will lose weight. I will lose weight. I will eat right and I will lose weight. I will have a kick butt rock hard body I want to grope. I will lose weight.. then I will grope myself. I will lose weight.

try to fill up on some more protein....that usually curbs my appetite. hope the duct tape won't leave any sticky residue ;)

I was having the same issue a couple of weeks ago. I could not for the life of me stop the cravings. I would either get into the toddler snacks or have too many serving for lunch and dinner. I made one change (maybe you are already doing it and this isn't even going to help), for lunch I would have a really big serving of veggies with my meal. After doing that I was able to be done and not snack. Not sure if it was actually taking away the cravings or if it was a mental mindset where if I could eat a veggie, I can fight the cravings. Anyway, here is to the next wagon arriving today!!

It's gonna be pretty hard to write your journals with your hands taped to your butt, so if we don't hear from you, we'll know your plan is working!! :) Haha... hoping your wagon arrives soon!

Loved your post! Thought the duct tape was funny! Seriously, I understand your frustration though! Here's to hoping your wagon gets here soon! I think alot of people are ready to hop on since Thanksgiving has passed and Christmas is soon upon us! Hang in there!

I'm at that wagon stop with you!! I'm trying not to eat all of the candy and other sweets around but I'm losing that battle. Exercise has been in the form of picking up M&M's and putting them in my mouth. You can do this!! We'll get back on that darn wagon I'm sure of it.

You are hilarious. I want to be to the point where I feel the same as you.... Just wish I could get my husband to stop groping me. It just reminds me of all the things I am working on to change though. When cravings come the match is on. I squash cravings by looking at all those pictures of people in those cute clothes I want to be wearing without feeling like a cow in spandex. That reminds me of my goal and the way I feel about how I look now. That's how I kill cravings.
