Fasted most of the morning
Had water and a light dried strawberry and granola snack (small package)during class.
Had 1 scrammbled egg with diced tomatoes and a tiny crossiant (late morning breakfast)
No lunch, drank ice tea with one Splenda packet and a large glass of water
No dinner yet.
