Stated eating candy and other sweets over the last 2 months, and now starting to gain back my lost weight that I worked so hard for. Am mostly sedentary as I have physical issues that keep me from being on my feet much. I have found that eating a lot of fruits and vegetables helps, but so hard to do. I am a sweetaholic, so best for me not to have them in the house. Easier said than done when there are other sweetaholics in the house!
