And as I am waiting for my period to come on and start my weight is up a little more. I feel the heaviness too....the heaviness from the period and the constipation that comes along with it. Sorry to whoever may be reading this...I know it is TMI but at the same time I need to vent out here.

I once had a doctor and he said to me "I feel sorry or you women; you have it rough with the periods and all that come with it, the horomones and everything". He is right! It feels like you work hard for 2-1/2 to 3 weeks so you can suffer for 1 to 1-1/2 weeks.

Blah...

I also need to dig out my Atkins book for the new challenge and getting back to the basics. I will also hop back to the Atkins site and get back in touch on that side of things too.

Not sure about dinner tonight...I put down left over chili but that means I will need to cook something else for DH. I need to try to keep it basic though.

I feel for you, I remember those days - had that taken care of a few years ago and so glad I did. I had the Ablation done and LOVE, LOVE every minute of it. No more of the usual TOM crap, I still get moody, but that's about it. Hope you perk up soon and it gets better for you....
