Today is thanksgiving. I started my healthy lifestyle about two years ago, and I have slipped terribly. Starting today I am getting my life back on track. I want to be in control of my body again.
128.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
