This IF (Intermittent Fasting) Diet really works. Using the 5;2 system where I hold down to 600Kc on Sundays and Wednesdays and eat anything I like for the other five days, today saw the 21st pound drop off, from 222 lbs on September 5th to 201 today. The main loss was in the first 30 days, with just 3 lbs since early October, but there's more to this than just weight loss. My face and belly have continued to thin out over the past four weeks and my exercise has increased, suggesting that fat has been replaced by muscle. New jeans will have to be bought as the current pair is too large round the waist. The other side benefit is that I feel much better. You might think that 222 isn't over the top for a 6'2" man, but I now rise from chairs and beds much easier, almost effortlessly. Higher energy levels are very rewarding.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
