Interesting that FS doesn't have "chasing kids around" listed in the exercise menu. According to this site, it's nothing to shake a stick at! (Although maybe the kids is.)
How many calories are burned when one wakes, startled and panting, from a bad dream?
How many calories are burned worrying about one's kids?
Why does every "helpful" website have a different calculation?
Do I really need to be concerned with tracking every little g'd thing I do, anyway?
FYI, Brookie, our 4x 'round the block last night amounted to 1.48 miles but I have no idea how long we spent at it. So...whatev.

Tracking your food is important because people tend to underestimate how much they eat. But tracking your daily output isn't as important. I just exercise and try to be active. So I wouldn't worry about it too much.
