Haven't really been exercising much but the weight is still dropping! Been sticking to 50g (total carbs) per day and it seems to be working well.
270.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.4 lb a week
