attempting to add more food to see if restricted calories was the reason for not being able to loose weight. I've got a lot of hesitations about eating more, especially with not being able to loose weight, but I opted I would at least give it a try and see what would happen..lord knows I don't want to gain more weight :(
I've been eating exceptionally clean....I'm at such a loss...
