Got near my target weight at the end a few months back. Since then went on vacation and let my diet lapse some (regularly consuming more than my max caloric intake).

Have kept up with the exercise which I think has been a big factor in minimizing the weight gain so far - translation it could have been worse.

Overall blood pressure is down and feeling pretty good compared to earlier this year. Still a ways to go and hope to be near my goal weight by Xmas. Then the difficult parts begins in continuing to keep the weight off.
