I went off my diet for a week and have been able to maintain within 3 pounds of my weight. Hitting it hard again now to drop as much as possible in the next 4 weeks before Thanksgiving.
135.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
