So the last couple of days I have managed to keep under 2000 calories per day (approximately). If my scale is correct, then I am finally starting to lose pounds as well as inches! Not much, but considering I've been doing way more exercise than...a long time... I have 8 days to get into the regulation body fat percentage. Will be checking the scale again after getting up to see what it says.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
