Lotus's Journal, 31 March 2008

No change today..don't know whether to blame the TOM or the mystery sushi I had! I will definitley have to work hard this week to show a loss despite of water weight. I'm not worried though. I'm ready to get working out and burn some calories! :)

Im sure you will show a loss sooner or later..i alwys like to look in your food journal and get ideas on different things to try..hadnt thought about eating beans in my salad..but something i could add...

I'm so jealous of your steady progress - you're doing such an incredible job. It is much harder for someone of your teeny tiny size to shed the pounds, so a steady day is not surprising every now and again. I'm sure it'll start heading on down again soon! Keep up the great work!!

thats better than me, my tom brought about 3-4 pounds w/ him of water weight... IT GOES RIGHT AWAY THO!! YOU KNOW THAT!!!!!

LOL don't feel bad, I imagine I will be up tommorrow. I never record it on these weeks! I just keep on truckin'! It is always annoying as heck though, and a little unsettling..
