Just heard about this site yesterday, and thought I would give it a try. I am trying to get within weight/% fat to join the Navy. I am currently about 3-5% above the body fat index required and my first goal is to get to the needed percentage in about two weeks, and then continue to lose weight/fat after that. Unfortunately, my efforts at eating better are not being effective, and I am hoping (with little faith) that this site will help me manage what I eat and maybe even raise my willpower some.
