Hmmm. Not doing so well. Have dropped calories significantly but...need more still. Tried adding on, but not good choices. even ate a doughnut today and still haven't reached 600. Migraine for heck though. Drink more water!!!!

Whoa Kelly!!!!! No wonder you have a migraine!! 600 is nowhere close to enough calories for anybody. How about peanut butter?? surprisingly its not a total diet buster especially if you need calories! Or veggies with olive oil??? It would probably make you feel so much better....

I just saw this...what a great idea! I could eat the peanut butter on my celerie or just maybe a spoonful by itself. thanks for the advise!
