My first day on weigh watchers. I think right now the hard part will be giving up starbucks lattee.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

If you are on WW, you don't have to give up your Starbucks. Just maybe cut it down to a few times a week and fit it in to your program. If it has huge points then make it a once a week treat. Otherwise, nothing is off limits. It's about moderation, but being able to enjoy food. Good luck!

that was what I liked best about WW. not having to "give up" anything. I would go back to WW but I don't want to pay for it and I don't have the desire to sit through meeting to learn the new point system. Good luck to you! When i went on WW (the 1st time) I lost 40 lbs! You can do it!

I LOVE the new system! And I love the new ways they are teaching us to think... for example "I can't eat/drink" turns into "I don't eat/drink".. etc..ya' know? Have you gone to your meeting yet? They are much more motivating than they used to be..in my opinion :-) Good luck!

LOL! I agree. I use a cafe mocha as a treat/reward but try to remember to order low fat without the whip cream :(
