Day one of diet I have tried many others now it is time to find out exactly what I put in my mouth. Mowed the front lawn today that is a good workout but saturday is the back yard and it is huge. People ask me how I handle being a single mom and an asst. store managers. My weight has suffered for it. It is now time to manage it as well.
