Week 1: Do 20 minutes of aerobic activity at least 3 times this week.
I started my 6 month work out program today. I rode my bike around for awhile and I sweat like crazy. It was hard because I'm not used to it but it is so worth it. About 10 minutes into my workout I wanted to stop and go lay in bed but I kept thinking about the body I'm going to have when I lose 100 pounds and how great I'm going to feel. And I know that it'll get easier as I get stronger and someday I'll look back and think "If I could do that, I can do anything." I want to be an inspiration to people I know and even people I don't know. I want them to be able to look at me and say "If she can do it, then so can I."
