Last night before bed it was 142. This morning, 140.3. So, 141 seems to be in there somewhere. I did really well on my diet when planning and preparing my own meals, much worse when eating out. Pretty good for a holiday weekend (although it's not over yet).
141.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
