I have been fighting -struggling with infertility for years - still no pregnancy - but last week I noticed my Stomach area was very hard - a symptom of pregnancy - so I googled it - and it is also a sign of visceral Fat - Yuck .... I read that that is fat all around your organs - and obviously very unhealthy - even tho My waist is about a 36 - I am really short at 5.1/2 yes I measured myself and noticed I dropped 1 inch in Height not Width !!! Crap .. so now that makes my BMI go up ..
I have to get a Grip on My situation ...

Have you ever done yoga? I had 3 pregnancies no problem and then tried for years for one last baby - ended up at fertility specialists the whole thing where they told me it wasn't worth the money - Even with all the bells and whistles I only had a 10% chance of getting pregnant - I stopped trying, started yoga and with in two months I was pregnant! As your weight gets lower it definitely gets easier! Good luck I am rooting for you !!!

at least you have your eggs on ice! We lost our last one and I would do anything to be able to have one more. I wish you the best and in the end if you are holding a little bundle your worries about the extra weight will melt away!
