I have stayed on track with the womensfitway.com nutrition and exercise program and I am seeing real weight loss and overall body muscle/toning!!
170.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet The Paleo Diet   losing 1.2 lb a week
