Dinner calories today are a total guess... I ate out at a lovely local restaurant for a date, so I'm guessing about how much I ate and the contents lol :)
190.5 lb Lost so far: 28.5 lb.    Still to go: 45.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
