Well I haven't been so stellar on my calories recently. I was doing really well in late July, I was eating consistently 1700 calories a day. I also would try to work out everyday a minimum of 20minutes with Turbo Jam (it's fun). I felt better, but the weight loss was extremely slow if not at all for (2-3 weeks of consistency). I am starting my strict calorie plan and workouts as of now (or officially as soon as I wake up tomorrow morning. My new game plan is to eat my new caloric intake of 1400. This is a super low number for me :(
I'm 5'2 and currently 135lbs but it is a very healthy 135 for my height. By losing 10-20lbs of weight, I will feel slender (nearly model like for 5'2). My birthday is coming up in a month and I really want to reach my weight goal by then! So I figure the 1400 calorie a day, with the exception of one cheat day a week, will certainly get me closer to my goal.
