My first weigh in since starting Medifast... not a bad start. My only problem was the weekend sleeping in ...lol...which is only a problem for the food because I felt I needed to play catch up and eat breakfast, snack and lunch at once... made for a great meal but I probably shouldn't have done that....

That is an awesome first weigh in Congratulations! I too have trouble staying on schedule over the weekends because I sleep in and then I play catch up with my first couple of meals.

I wonder if we are better off not playing catch up with our meals but just starting them as if it was first thing in the morning? I am going to try that this weekend.
