Last week was very rough as expected. I ate cake and cookies so was very lucky not to gain. All kids settled into school, termites zapped, and old van running like new so hoping this will be a better week and I can stay on track with eating and exercise. Some Buddies have been very supportive. That, and my middle daughter visiting helped to get me through the week.
Grateful for:
children's health and happiness
making it through a rough week
not gaining weight in the rough week
slightly cooler weather
FS Buddies
morning coffee
171.9 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Eating cookies and cake and not gaining weight?!? Nice. :) I am glad that you had your daughter for company last week. Hang in there. Remember, you are strong, you are invincible, you are woman! It sounds like you have raised some great kids! When you start to get down, just think about the good work you have done in their lives and celebrate your successes.
