So my image should be a wine glass - I've been on vacation last week - from diet/exercise and just plain ol' common sense. Lost my damn mind. WHY, WHY, WHY is it so hard to get back into doing what is good for me, when all it takes it one step to let your guard/discipline go by the wayside?????
