On vacation! Yesterday I only had dinner -Steak, salad, zucchini. In the afternoon I was out with friends and had a glass of white wine. Today back to full protien. Grilled chicken for lunch, griled chicken for dinner and 3 egg whites with oatbran and 2 spoons of non fat yougurt. My plan is to stick to pure protein at least until the weekend and have some veggies then.
