I had a tip from a lady who had to go to work each day. She took a little shot glass and put about 2 tbsp of really cold water and then the tbsp of eloo and chugged it. I was at the same point as you when I quit. The gagging was getting worse. I just restarted and the oil sucks, but the gagging has dropped dramatically. I also take a chaser of the cold water right after. By the way, I don't drink, but the shot glass is the right size, bigger glasses don't work.
