how does that work! over a 2000 calorie deficit, and a 6mile run and I put on a lb! #tresannoying! day of drinking and good food today so not looking forward to the scales tomorrow.

Your weight can vary a lot day to day and even during the day (2-3lb for men, 2-5lb for women IIRC) that's why a lot of doctors and nutritionists don't recommend weighing more than once a week as it gives a more balanced overall view. Don't worry too much about it. You know you've followed your plan and the scales will catch up.
