hmmm, blackberries introduced this... BUT consistently ate over my daily calorie allowance although carbs were under 25... and ate a dodgy barbeque spare rib...hence weight gain. difficulty is WHICH of above caused it? no more tomato for breakfast!

more likely the spare rib than the berries. There's a lot of sugars and junk in bbq sauce. Berries, at least, are natural.
