Today is a new day and a new start. I'm stepping away from the drama and focusing on well.. me. Obviously getting upset, mad, fighting with hubby, and letting them invade my peace of mind isn't doing me any good. So as of today.. they're blocked on my phone. They're blocked on facebook. They're blocked from my mind. I.. am... zen. Realistic? Probably not but I'll put a warning before all future vents. lol
So now.. onto me. My weight loss lately is fantabulous. My 100 situps a day goal is going strong. Mr Plank.. kicks my butt. Well actually he makes my butt shake like a bowl of jello while I try not to collapse. I might be masocistic though.. I miss the burn of not being able to sit up without pain. I miss the pain. I think the pain reassured me I was making progress. Maybe I need to start finding time in my day to induce pain. It can be a stress reliever to help me find my inner zen.
Bring me some Zen! If I can't find zen.. I googled. A mikes hard lemonade is only 220 calories. Come on.. pump and dump! Hmmm.. maybe I should look up some yoga.

Hell with the Mikes.... make it fresh like we said lol! Awesome attitude! I know what you mean about the soarness though. I haven't been in awhile and I actually feel guilty. When I do it's such validation... guess I better get my *beep* in gear!

they make a lite mike's! I did my first ab workout in about 2 weeks. feeling it today! front planks for 60seconds, side planks for 30-40seconds. medicine ball pick-pockets, leg lifts, & crunches.

You're doing a great job with the zen amongst all the drama... not to mention the exercise, and entertaining us besides. Yay for sore muscles, zen, and the occasional mikes hard lemonade!
