I started my weight program, January of 2012. I try to weight in every Sunday, I'm trying to eat less carbs, and watch my fat intake. My current weight as of August 19, 2012, is 203.5lbs. My exercise program consist of walking and my elipical.

Lost so far: 24.5 lb.
Still to go: 53.5 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
