Fiber: According to the Mayo Clinic, broccoli has 5.1g fiber per 1 cup. In my food logs, broccoli is showing zero grams of fiber. Another website shows it at 4g, 5g or even 7g. Anyone else ever see this or other inconsistencies?

According to the USDA website, 1 cup (91g) "broccoli, raw" has 2.4g fiber but "broccoli Frozen chopped, unprepared" 1 cup (156g) totals 4.7g fiber. Looks like the descepancy may be in the weight of the cup. Either way, the FS food listing should show some fiber, not zero.

Yep....drove myself crazy trying to find an answer and I knew that O fiber was WAY wrong. I was using ounces to measure not cups and still got the O fiber.
Now I just use USDA numbers /data on the advise of people here.
