I had an odd breakfast today. Hummus and carrots, an apple and a sugar free pudding. Sometimes I get tired of the same yogurt and strawberries for breakfast all the time. Last night I made myself some Shake N Bake chicken to take to work today. I am getting ready to go to the gym. I actually like going to the gym, it took me months and months. Before all of this, I didn't exercise for YEARS. I had a gym membership but I never went. I'm so glad I didn't let it go, because getting in shape without a gym is harder in my opinion. Oh, it's doable if you're determined, you can do DVDs, run or walk outside, that kind of thing. But I love the atmosphere of a gym. And I love the gradual working up of a gym - I've been running but I still not off of the treadmdill yet. I realize I should not present myself as an expert on weight loss yet, because I haven't lost all of my weight. I also haven't maintained it. I still have a long way to go. I guess I just need to focus on my own shortcomings. I need to force myself to work harder and do different things. There's so much left to do that needs to be done.

Sounds like a yummy breakfast to me!!!
I used to HATE going to the gym and any excuse to get out of going to the gym was good enough for me! Now I make a point to go to the gym becuase I also really enjoy it. WEird how things change.
