good afternoon all, off to the dentist in a mo for a repair on one of my teeth and they are going to give them a nice polish for me too, just in time for my hols :) only 5 more sleeps now, my shorts are still fitting me which is good have been trying them on every couple of days just to be on the safe side as i gained that weight. Not been calorie counting as such as been busy this is a job to do when i return from my hols and kids are at school. Have checked out the weather where we are going and the sun is out and it is between 26-30 degrees lovely just what the doctor ordered, talking of doctors, still waiting for my 24 hour ecg to be fitted, will be after our hols now tho, painkiller wise i have managed to drop from 8 to 3 a day which i am so pleased about no nasty side effect still got pain in my chest and the odd paliptation but nothing major. For tea tonight we are having either grilled or panfried king prawns with home made sweet potato chill wedges, cor on the cob and a home made coleslaw, we are very much living out of the freezer at the moment due to our hols, normally we would only have 1 or 2 prawns but we have 7 each yum yum. Kids are so looking forward to the holiday as is dh, wll try and catch up later, now have bus to catch and kids to arrange :) xxxx

Only 5 more sleeps - how exciting!!! Glad you have got the pain killers down! Nice one with the prawns - they are really low in calories I think so eat away and enjoy :)

I have just come back from the dentist, i have inlays on the front of my teeth as they wore down whilst i was pregnant the nhs did them at the hospital 3 years ago, anyway half way up there is a discouloured line on my two middle teeth where the inlay meets my proper took and i am always concious of it well not any more as the kind dentish has polished the line away form me i feel like a new woman again, it will come back again but for now it's gone and will be for a while hoorah for the dentist :)
Have decided that i am going to introduce "date nights" with me and dh once a week i will put my monsters to bed my eldest monster will have to go up earlier to bed and watch a dvd or something on this night i will cook a marvellous meal for just the 2 of us and eat with dh and enjoy an evening of conversations etc, then once a month we will have a date night out either pictures or bowling or something, just need to butter up MIL for a spot of babysitting once a month for a couple of hours, cant see it being too much of a problem, this way i get to spend quality time with him as we dont seem to see so much of each other at the moment :)
