The knee issue definitely forced me to take a break, which of course was right at the time when I was getting really motivated. But it is now feeling a lot better. Not perfect, but I can get down the stairs without hugging the rail so that's good! I'm trying to stick with low impact exercises which has pretty much left me just biking and walking with the occasional strength training. But so far, so good. My knee goes in and out depending on the day but I'm happy to be able to get up and move again.

On another weight-related note... during my time off I also found out I'm pregnant! Eeek!! We haven't told anyone but I figure I don't really know any one on here so I may as well announce it. Plus, that sorta explains why my weight has been so consistent over the past several weeks or at least makes me not feel guilty about it. Now the challenge comes of me trying to stay healthy through this. Ironically, the idea of pregnancy in the future is a large part of why I joined this and went on my recent health run - I was trying to get healthy (or healthier anyway) before getting pregnant. Thankfully I lost almost 10 lbs before getting pregnant so I'm better off than when I started. And apparently for overweight women, they recommend you only gain ~15-20 lbs. Here go, my next goal!
Oh, and by the way, I'm 7 weeks along! :)
