Excluding the weekends I have been able to cut down my calorie intake a lot compared to what I was at. I slipped a little on working out last week thanks to the heat and not being able to get up early in the morning due to insomnia. My hopes are that I will still see weight loss due to the fact hat I have been recording everything I have been eating. Over the past 6 months I have noted that everytime I stick to recording my calories I lose weight and when I do not I gain.
Still my biggest battle is with sweets, I crave them all the time and I have been breaking down to temptation a lot (but I still record) I still need to pick up dry fruits and gum that I like to snack on and only indulge like once a week that way I can cut back on the bad stuff but not deprive myself. Going to try and weigh myself tomorrow morning I hope the scale is nice to me.
