Hi!

My testimonial is not the normal weight loss story. I was not terribly overweight, but I could feel a difference in my body. When I was 30ish and I started to put on some weight it was the first time in my life I was getting tired or unmotivated to do things that I normally loved to do. I was getting to the point where I did not like how I was beginning to look and I could feel the changes (tired, sluggish, moody).

Our bodies are in a constant state of change and as we get older it is harder to be able to manage our weight and the time we can dedicate to health.. especially if we have established bad habits. Take shape for life(medifast diet) was first discovered by my family and what was so unique about this "diet" is the fact that weight loss is only the beginning of the program. Take shape for life teaches people how to lose weight, but more importantly it teaches people how to change their habits and keep the weight off.

I am busy like everyone else and one of the things I was terrible at was eating consistently throughout the day. I would have my coffee and a snack, if I was lucky, and then out the door I went. Most times I would have a small unhealthy lunch and then have a large dinner where I stuffed myself due to the lack of fuel I was giving my body. Does this sound familiar?

Medifast makes losing weight very easy with their replacement meals. Take a few bars or shakes with you to work and you are set for the day! I was amazed at how convenient it could be to lose weight and how effective the program was for me. I changed my eating patterns and everything started to improve right away for me. I wasn't getting so fatigued by the end of the day, mentally I was sharper and I wasn't so moody. I think I get irritable when I am hungry and this program has you eat every 2 to 3 hours and it just helped me in numerous areas of my life.

Take shape for life gives you the tools to lose weight and then the information to know what and how to eat in order to stay healthy and keep the weight off. It is an awesome program that focuses on long term health as opposed to a 'quick fix'.

Being unhealthy really doesn't mean that a person is extremely overweight and I am evidence of that. The changes that I made are benefiting every area of my life and I am stoked on this program!!
