I want to lose 1.5lbs per week for the next 12 weeks.

Tomorrow is the day that I officially start my diet & exercise regimen. I live in a household that does not follow any kind of strict diet and in fact tend to eat a lot of starches and a lot of sugars so I am going to need to be very disciplined with this.

I want success.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
