Day 41. Tomorrow marks 6 weeks on the diet. Followed it 100% again and totaled 24 miles for the week. Didn't lose anything. Not getting discouraged though. Like the way I'm feeling and I'm sleeping better than I have in probably 10 years. Going to try and add in some other exercises this week.
