well at least I didn't gain this week considering I blew it a few days this week...the days I didn't journal I didn't eat well.. I overindulged in oreo fudge cookies at my parents house. I think I see a pattern developing! At home I am good..at the rents house whole nother story! I need to make sure I pack acceptable food in order to be prepared for the lack of it at their house. (Maybe some atkins bars for the sweet tooth!)
246.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Thats what i do hun I have tons of heathly snacks like the 100cals snacks.lol my husband one day ate all my snacks cause I didnt buy him any of his junk food. Needless to say when I am at the check out counters I have half of health snacks and half junk snacks so he leave mine alone.. Any glad to see there was no gain I know I always worry abt that to.
