I appear to be stuck in the 161-162lb range. I think I am going to lower my RDI a bit more to see if that will start nudging the weight down.
Still swimming every morning before work and walking at least once a day if not twice.

I lowered my RDI as well, but what I do is I purposely exceed it slightly one or two times per week to rev the metabolism. Eating more does raise the metabolism, but on the days that you cut back, you body will have no resource but to burn fat. This in conjunction with switching up your work routine, should yield results. If you are swimming at the same intensity and duration each day, try switching that up because you will need to shake the plateau nutritionally and physically. Good luck!

Thanks for the suggestions Mark. I am doing the walking at different times, destinations and speeds but the swimming is more an exercise routine for my back.
I have been dealing with a herniated disc for several years, my morning swim is combination of sets walking through the river pool against the current and swimming lengths in between. I need to keep that part fairly routine until I get the core strength back up.
