If you don't do what you should do, when you should do it, whether you want to or not, you will gain the weight you lost.

Late, late night last night - colored hair, hemmed two pants (took way longer than I remember), painted nails. Worked nearly 12 hours yesterday (2nd one this week). Packed this morning. Did really well last night up until I plopped my hiney on the sofa and started mending the pants, and then the Devil started pecking away at my will power. Score: Devil 1. Will power 0. Grrr. If I would just drink water instead!!!! Still trying to find my way out of the darkness.

DVD player packed. Turbo Jam and P90x packed. Next step is to use them. (Forgot to pack bands and weights and mat....awesome!(sarcastic)) Packed swimsuit. No excuses!!!!
