Yesterday was on target for my calorie goal. Granted, I could have made healthier choices (I'm thinking about that BMT from subway) but for now I just want to concentrate on the calories. Later I need to improve the quality of the calories and start adding exercise. I have found in the past I'll be highly motivated at the start but if I pile on too much I fall off, it works better if you make small but permanent changes to your routine.
