Getting started on the same day as I'm expecting my period is nothing less than ROUGH. But, I've got to get back on track sometime. I took a small nibble of a cookie but put it down before even finishing the piece I broke off. My walk was unfortunately cut short by the weather, but I'm getting up extra early tomorrow so I can get in my workout before I head to work at 6:30.
