Ugh, I am so tired of the yo-yo game the scale is playing with my weigh ins. I have been struggling to get back on track for a while and the numbers show it. I am thankful that I am staying in the 10 pound range of my goal but I am ready to just start maintaining already. The kids have been gone this summer and I have enjoyed more of the higher calorie adult beverages in their absence so that will help once they get back home, I'm sure. I am not an unhealthy weight any longer and I am thankful for that, but I know those last 10 pounds mean more than just health for me.

Lost so far: 37.0 lb.
Still to go: 9.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't get too discouraged, fellow WW friend :) You've done so well and it's amazing you're still going! Try some calorie flux. Eat 1200 one day and 1800 the next. It often knocks bodies out of plateaus and weight gaining cycles.
