This is the first weigh-in after starting to exercise last week. I was disappointed with my weightloss over the past 3 weeks, so I thought I would try exercising to burn at least 500 calories/day to see if that would help.
235.4 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 45.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Just remember that muscle weighs heavier than fat so as the fat is removed underneath is a lean trim you. After a few weeks the weight falls off and the toned body will appear. Good luck
