1427 kcal Fat: 58.40g | Prot: 87.50g | Carb: 153.66g.   Breakfast: Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Bananas , Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Half & Half (Ultra Pasteurized), Special K MultiGrain Oats & Honey Cereal. Lunch: Roasted Turkey Breast, Reduced Fat Mayonnaise with Olive Oil, Tomatoes, 100% Whole Wheat Thin Sliced Bread. Dinner: Light Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette Dressing, Chick Peas (Garbanzos), Organic Spring Mix, Broccoli & Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: Chocolate Milk Protein Shake (11 oz), Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, Gala Apples, Light & Fit Carb and Sugar Control Yogurt, Granola Cereal , Peeled Baby-cut Carrots, Sweet Cherries . more...
