Yesterday I sat all day and played video games. I got no work done. It was a rest day, so I wasn't scheduled to workout, but sitting around makes my neck hurt and my stomach feel odd. Steve and I did our wine and cheese cartoon watching in the evening.
I need to come up with a plan for today. I didn't get to seal my bike basket, so rain will be a problem if I want to bike.
Last thing: my 5k for today! Just under 39 min. I tried changing my walk interval to a slow jog. That didn't really work out. Tomorrow I'll do the same, but I'll slow my pace leading up to it as well. My program currently increases speed until I hit my walk interval, which works less well when I don't plan to actually walk. Took about 12 min to get my heart rate under 140. Thinking about paying for pandora so I don't have to hear ads.
