Did well on Friday and Saturday. Then, had a dinner party and blew it. :(
Wine and cake. 2 of my biggest enemies. I know what is not to come into my house for the next several monthes and wine and cake are on the list. There has been a bag of cookies in the pantry for a week and i haven't touched them, but the cake is my drug apparently. So, needless to say, I feel incredibly bloated and not too happy about messing up, yet again. But, of course today is a new day and I have to keep pushing forward and take these lessons and put them to good use. Hopefully, I will have some time to work out this afternoon.
